Daksha Mashruwala, is an accomplished Odissi dancer. She is a disciple of the distinguished maestro Padmavibhushan Late Guru Kelucharan Mohapatra. She has dedicated herself to carry forth the traditions with perseverance and commitment. Daksha earlier trained in Bharatnatyam under Smt. Mrinalini Sarabhai. An exponent, teacher and choreographer, Daksha has regaled audiences in India and abroad, with performances, workshops and lecture-demonstrations for the last two decades. Having performed at various prestigious festivals, she has been honoured and felicitated by The Center of World Music, San Diego and Canadian Museum of Civilisation, Ottawa, amongst many others.
