Pranav Ganesh Temple, Chinmaya Vibhooti. Jan 2012
On the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Jayanti, Pujya Swami Tejomayananda and Pujya Swami Brahmananda performed Kalashabhishekam at the Pranav Ganesh Temple at Chinmaya Vibhooti Kolwan (Maharashtra, India). This was part of the elaborate pujas and rituals leading to the consecration (Prana Pratishtha) of the Ganesh idol. The consecration of the Pranav Gnash idol at the temple was performed under the guidance of Shri Vaze Guruji and his team of twelve priests who performed various ceremonies along with Shri Ravi Nene, CEO, Chinmaya Vibhooti and his wife Smt Nandini Nene who represented Chinmaya Mission at the ceremonies. The final day saw more than 1,000 devotees doing kalashabhishekam of the Utsav Murty. The logistics of the Puja and rituals were planned and executed by Shri RK Krishnamoorthy who has by now successfully managed consecrations of more than 7 temples.
These Puja and rituals were preceded by a spiritual camp at Chinmaya Vibhooti on Ganapati Atharva Sheersha where Pujya Swami Tejomayananda and Swami Advaitananda elaborated on the text in English and Hindi and respectively. The camp was attended by more than 600 devotees in January, 2012.
